Stanton, MI is a village located in Montcalm County, in the U.S. state of Michigan. It was founded in 1871 and named after Edwin Stanton, Abraham Lincoln's Secretary of War. The village covers an area of 1.59 square miles and had a population of 1,409 as of the 2010 census. Stanton is home to the popular and historic Stanton Corn Maze, a seasonal attraction that spans over 15 acres and features multiple maze designs.
