Shamokin Dam is a borough in Snyder County, Pennsylvania, United States. Established in 1905, the town was named after a dam built on Shamokin Creek for the Shamokin Narrows Navigation Company. The borough is home to a notable attraction, the Kipona Fire Company's Pullman Dining Car, which was built in 1871 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a population of approximately 1,200 as of 2020, Shamokin Dam covers a total area of 1.1 square miles.
