Humnoke is a town in Lonoke County, Arkansas, United States, with a population of 284 as of the 2010 census. It was established in 1880 and incorporated in 1905. The town is named after a Native American word meaning "big crossing." Humnoke is home to the annual Humnoke Watermelon Festival, which has been held since 1978 and attracts thousands of visitors each year. The festival features watermelon-themed events, games, and food, as well as live music and entertainment.
