Joiner, Arkansas is a town in northeast Arkansas, founded in 1901 and incorporated in 1905. It was named after the Joiner family, early settlers in the area. The town was a center for timber production and had a population of around 500 in the mid-20th century. The most notable landmark in Joiner is the historic Joiner High School, built in 1922, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
