Glen Saint Mary is a town in Baker County, Florida, US, founded in the early 20th century. It was named after Glenwater, the estate of its founder, Walter E. Smith. The town's growth was spurred by the arrival of the Florida Railway and Navigation Company in 1901 and the establishment of a large turpentine still. The historic Glen Saint Mary Baptist Church, built in 1914, is a notable landmark, featuring a beautiful example of Carpenter Gothic architecture.
