Eagle Grove is a city in Wright County, Iowa, US, with a population of approximately 3,500 as of the 2020 census. It was founded in 1854 and incorporated in 1878. The city is known for its historic downtown district and the Eagle Grove Museum, which showcases the area's history and cultural heritage. The museum is housed in the former Carnegie Library building, which was constructed in 1904. Eagle Grove is also home to the world's largest concrete gnome, a popular roadside attraction.
