Percy, Illinois, US is a village located in Randolph County, established in 1895. It was named after Percy Lavon Julian, a prominent African-American research chemist. The village covers an area of 0.9 square miles and had a population of 230 as of the 2020 census. Percy is home to the historic Percy Timber Bridge, a truss bridge built in 1912 that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
