Saint Libory is a village in St. Clair County, Illinois, United States, with a population of 631 as of the 2020 census. The village was named after Saint Liborius, the patron saint of Paderborn, Germany, by its German settlers in 1854. Saint Libory was incorporated in 1892 and is home to the historic St. Libory Church, a notable landmark built in 1893, which features Gothic Revival architecture and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The village is primarily a farming community, with corn and soybeans being the main crops.
