Dugger is a town in Sullivan County, Indiana, US. It was platted in 1879 and incorporated in 1899. The town was named after John Dugger, an early settler. The town is home to the Dugger Cemetery, which contains graves dating back to the early 1800s and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
