Gaston, Indiana, US is a town in nortwestern Henry County. It was platted in 1871 and incorporated in 1874, with the arrival of the railroad spurring its growth. The town was named after a local farmer, Gaston Hammond. A notable landmark in Gaston is the Gaston Town Hall, built in 1906, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the town has a population of around 800 people.
