Stilesville is a small town in Hendricks County, Indiana, US, with a population of just over 300 as of the 2010 census. It was platted in 1834 and named after an early settler, John Stiles. The town is home to the Stilesville Covered Bridge, a historic landmark built in 1870, which is the only remaining covered bridge in the county. The town has a rich history in agriculture and was once a stop on the Vandalia Railroad.
