Worthington, Indiana, US is a town in Jefferson Township, Greene County. It was platted in 1853 and incorporated in 1870. The town was named after Samuel Worthington, an early settler. Worthington is home to the historic Worthington Granary, a round barn built in 1914, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
