Falls of Rough, Kentucky is an unincorporated community in Breckinridge County. It was named for a series of low-volume waterfalls on the Rough River. The community was established in the early 19th century and was a stop on the Louisville, Henderson, and Texas Railroad. The Falls of Rough Baptist Church, built in 1854, is a notable landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The community is primarily rural and has a population of a few hundred.
