South Carrollton, Kentucky, US is a small city in Kenton County, established in the mid-19th century. It was originally a farming community, with the first post office opening in 1873. The city was incorporated in 1956 and has since grown to a population of around 400. South Carrollton is home to the historic South Carrollton Baptist Church, a beautiful example of Gothic Revival architecture, which was built in 1895.
