Dora, MO is a town in Ozark County, established in the late 1800s. It was named after Dora Fraser, the daughter of a local landowner. The town's economy initially relied on logging and agriculture, but later shifted towards tourism. Dora is home to the popular Alley Spring & Mill, a historic grist mill and spring now part of the National Park Service. The town has a population of approximately 70 residents, as of the last census.
