Enterprise, Mississippi, US is a town in Clarke County, founded in 1855. It was named after the railroad company which ran through the area, the Mobile & Ohio Railroad. During the Civil War, Enterprise was occupied by Union troops. The town is home to the historic Enterprise Depot, a former railroad depot built in 1896, which now serves as a museum and event space.
