Grover, NC, US is a town in Cleveland County, established in the late 1800s. It was named after Grover C. Robbins, a local businessman. The town was incorporated in 1902 and has since grown to a population of around 700. Grover is home to the Earl Scruggs Center, a museum dedicated to the life and career of the renowned bluegrass musician who was born nearby.
