Glenfield is a hamlet in Lewis County, New York, US. It was originally part of the town of Leyden before being established as a separate town in 1807. The town was later reduced to its current size when parts of it were used to form the towns of Lowville and Turin. Glenfield is home to the Carnegie Library, a notable landmark built in 1916 with a grant from Andrew Carnegie. The library is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
