Cumberland is a village in Guernsey County, Ohio, United States. It was established in 1810, and named after Prince William, Duke of Cumberland. The village covers a total area of 0.69 square miles, and had a population of 354 as of the 2010 census. A notable attraction in Cumberland is the Old Washington Historic District, which includes a number of well-preserved 19th-century buildings and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
