Eastlake, Ohio, US is a city in Lake County, established in 1919. It was originally part of Willoughby and was incorporated as a village in 1950, becoming a city in 1955. The city is named after Sidney John Eastlake, a lake steamship captain. Eastlake is home to the Lake County Captains, a Class-A minor league baseball team, who play at Classic Park, a notable landmark in the city.
