Grover Hill is a village in Paulding County, Ohio, US. It was established in 1873 and named after President Grover Cleveland. The village covers an area of 0.53 square miles and had a population of 402 as of the 2010 census. Grover Hill is home to the historic Grover Hill Elevator, a grain elevator built in 1907 that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
