La Rue is a village in Marion County, Ohio, United States. It was established in 1832 and incorporated in 1876. The village was named after La Rue, New York, the former home of one of the early settlers. La Rue is home to the Marion County Historical Society's Wyandot Popcorn Museum, which features one of the world's largest collections of popcorn memorabilia. As of the 2010 census, the village had a population of 791.
