Suffield, Ohio, US is a small village in Portage County, established in 1818 and incorporated in 1973. It was named after Suffield, Connecticut, the original home of many of its early settlers. The village covers an area of 1.6 square miles and had a population of 940 as of the 2020 census. Suffield is known for its well-preserved historic buildings, including the Suffield United Methodist Church, which was built in 1843 and features Greek Revival architecture.
