Waverly is a village in Pike County, Ohio, United States. It was established in 1845 and incorporated in 1855. The village was named after Sir Walter Scott's novel "Waverley." Waverly is home to the historic Waverly City Building, a Greek Revival structure built in 1871 that now serves as a museum. The village has a population of approximately 4,000 residents.
