Waynesfield, OH, US is a village in Auglaize County, established in 1857 and named after Anthony Wayne. It was a stop on the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railroad. The village covers a total area of 1.39 square miles, as of the 2020 census, the population was 1,118. The village is home to the Waynesfield-Goshen High School, known for its successful sports teams.
