Olustee is a town in Jackson County, Oklahoma, US. It was established in 1901 and named after the Battle of Olustee, a Civil War battle that took place in Florida. The town experienced growth with the discovery of oil in the area in the early 20th century. A notable attraction in Olustee is the Old Hickory School, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
