Berrysburg is a borough in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, US. Established in 1850, the town was named after Samuel Berry, a local tannery owner. The borough covers an area of 0.4 square miles and had a population of 343 as of the 2010 census. Berrysburg is home to the historic Union Canal Tunnel, the oldest existing transportation tunnel in the United States, which was completed in 1827.
