Landisburg is a borough in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was established in 1830, and named after John Landis, a local tavern owner. The town covers a total area of 0.3 square miles, and as of 2019, the estimated population was 238. A notable landmark in Landisburg is the Landisburg Grist Mill, which was built in 1750 and is one of the oldest grist mills in the state.
