McAlisterville is a borough in Juniata County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was established in 1814 and named after James McAlister, a local tavern owner. The borough covers a total area of 0.4 square miles and had a population of 1,019 as of the 2010 census. The town is home to the historic McAlisterville Roller Mill, a grist mill built in 1873 that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
