Nicholson is a borough in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was incorporated in 1875 and has a population of approximately 700 as of 2021. The borough is known for the Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct, a notable landmark that is a part of the former Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroad. The viaduct, also known as the Nicholson Bridge, is a 2,375-foot-long (724 m) concrete structure that was completed in 1915 and is a significant example of early 20th-century railroad engineering.
