Osceola Mills is a borough in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, US. It was incorporated in 1871 and has a population of approximately 1,100 as of 2020. The town was named after the Seminole leader Osceola and was a center for coal mining and lumbering in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The town is home to the Rathmel House, a historic mansion built in 1895, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
