Kadoka, South Dakota, US is a city in and the county seat of Jackson County. The city was founded in 1907 and named after the Kadoka Creek, which flows through the area. Kadoka is located on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, home of the Oglala Lakota Sioux Tribe. The city's population was 632 as of the 2020 census.
