Brussels is a town in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, US, established in 1847. It was named after Brussels, Belgium, by its first postmaster, Henry Keesler. The town covers an area of 36.1 square miles, with a population of approximately 1,100 as of 2020. Brussels is known for its rural landscapes and historic sites, including the notable Landmark of Holy Hill, a prominent Roman Catholic shrine and pilgrimage site located on a hilltop in the eastern part of the town.
