Elroy, Wisconsin, US is a city in Juneau County established in the late 19th century. It was incorporated in 1907, following the growth of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad. The city is known for its extensive tunnel system, including the Elroy-Sparta State Trail, the first rail-trail in the country. The trail, which spans 32 miles, attracts many tourists and bikers each year.
