Raynham, Massachusetts, US is a town in Bristol County, founded in 1731. It was originally part of Taunton and later Rehoboth before becoming its own entity. The town is named after the Raynham Hall estate in Norfolk, England, the former home of the Seymour family. Raynham is known for its historic district, which includes the Blanding Public Library, built in 1896. The town also features the former Raynham Park, a former dog racing track and current site of a large retail and entertainment complex.
