Flemington is a borough in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States. It was incorporated as a borough in 1910, from portions of Raritan Township. The borough is known for the annual Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural Fair, and the famous "Trial of the Century" in 1935, where Bruno Hauptmann was tried and convicted of kidnapping and murdering the son of Charles Lindbergh. The historic courthouse, where the trial took place, is a notable landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
