Mooers, New York is a town located in Clinton County, in the northeastern part of the state. It was established in 1858 and named after John Mooers, an early settler. The town covers an area of approximately 75 square miles and has a population of around 3,500. A notable landmark in Mooers is the Mooers Flying Bridge, a two-lane steel bridge built in 1930 that spans the Saranac River.
