Lewisburg, Ohio, US is a village in Preble County, established in 1817 and incorporated in 1843. It was named after Lewisburg, Tennessee, the former home of one of the village's founders. The village is known for its well-preserved historic architecture, including the Lewisburg United Methodist Church, built in 1843 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As of the 2010 census, the population was 1,812.
