Uniontown, Pennsylvania, US is a city in Fayette County, established in 1776. It was named after the union of the Monongahela and Jacob's creeks. The city played a significant role during the Whiskey Rebellion in 1794. Uniontown is home to the National Bank Building, a notable landmark constructed in 1895, which is an excellent example of Romanesque Revival architecture.
