Boscobel is a city in Grant County, Wisconsin, US, located along the Wisconsin River. Established in 1856, it was originally a shipping center for timber and agriculture. The city was named after Boscobel House in England, the former home of Queen Victoria's mother. A notable attraction is the Gays Mills and Boscobel Railroad Depot, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Today, Boscobel has a population of around 3,000 and serves as a commercial center for the surrounding area.
