Kemmerer, Wyoming, US is a city in Lincoln County, founded in 1897 by coal baron Patrick J. Quealy. It is known as the "Fossil Fish Capital of the World" due to the significant number of fossil fish found in the area. The city was named after Quealy's friend, M.K.
