Hiram, Georgia, US is a town located in Paulding County, approximately 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. It was incorporated in 1891 and has a population of around 3,500 as of 2019. Hiram is known for its rural atmosphere and outdoor recreation, including the Silver Comet Trail, a popular paved rail-trail for walking, running, and biking. The town is also home to the Hiram Exempts Building, a historic building that was used as a meeting place for the local chapter of the Woodmen of the World, a fraternal organization.
