Cinnaminson is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, US, founded in 1681. It was originally part of the West New Jersey proprietorship, one of the earliest European settlements in the area. The township was incorporated in 1860, taking its name from the Lenape word "sinamansing," meaning "sweetwater." Cinnaminson is home to the Cinnaminson Historical Society, which operates a museum with exhibits on the township's history. The township is also known for its extensive park system, including the 140-acre Memorial Park.
