Kenova, West Virginia, US is a small city in Wayne County, near the point where West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky meet. It was established in 1871 and named after the Kentucky, Ohio, and Virginia railroads. The city is known for its annual "International Friendship Festival" and the historic Levi Coffin House, a station on the Underground Railroad. Kenova's population was 3,216 as of the 2010 census.
